One of my all time favorites returns to PDX touring for his latest release, Keep It Hid. The first solo effort from the Black Keys frontman finds him further exploring the darker realms of psych, soul and a lil country. It’s another excellent album from the Akron native that weaves between the tales of broken hearts, fading memories, personal demons and the kind of love that drives a man insane. Pick it up here. See the show March 11, 2009 at the Wonder Ballroom. Not to be missed.
